Tampa, Florida - Every week someone in the Bay area answers the call to grant a wish for our Wednesday's Child. 15 year old Emmanuel has always dreamed of making music and Rising Sun Recording Studio as well a group of talented musicians didn't think twice about donating their professional services to make it happen.

Emmanuel's friends call him "Manny."  He loves to put on his thinking cap on and put pen to paper to create catchy rap lyrics.

John Seda is the president of Rising Sun Music which is located at 3004 West Crest Avenue in Tampa. Seda says he knows the importance of having supportive parents. His mother sparked his interest in music. By the time he was Manny's age he was already playing guitar among the best Latin jazz players of his time.

Seda spent hours helping Manny who's a 9th grader reach his potential but said it was also important that Manny have fun doing it.

Manny is creative and artistic. He says he loves  to draw and paint  but also likes basketball and football. He would love to have a father to cheer him on. He says, "Support me. We'd have like father and son time you know and stuff like that. Take me places like this which is cool."

He admits his parents shouldn't take him too seriously either.
Manny says, "I crack a lot of jokes. Funny. Mostly I'm a comedian a little bit."

All he needs is a forever family to laugh with and make life long memories with too.
