Inland storms will wind down overnight; with a chance of showers and isolated storms near the coast Wednesday morning.

The big story once again on Wednesday will be the oppressive heat.  High temperatures will run a few degrees above normal.  Warm Gulf waters will result in an increase in dew points which along with onshore flow will push heat indices into the triple digits.

Scattered morning showers and isolated storms will push from the Gulf onshore and into the interior during the afternoon with increased coverage. Late day sea breeze collisions east of I-75 will likely result in storms lingering into the evening.

Rain chances will increase Thursday through the weekend.  An easterly wave cutting across south Florida will serve to enhance moisture Saturday and Sunday.
