A frost advisory has been issued for Citrus, and Hernando counties from 4AM until 9AM Thursday. Skies will be clear overnight; allowing for good radiational cooling. A reinforcing shot of cool air will keep high temps on Thursday well below average, with readings in the upper 60's. Skies will be sunny with north winds from 10-20 miles per hour.
A warming trend will begin on Friday as our winds shift to the northeast as high pressure settles in across north central Florida. Temperatures will continue to warm into the weekend, with highs back in the upper 70's and low 80's.
