Land O'Lakes, Florida  -  Try It team member Denise Mestanza-Taylor gets tired of trying to pick up all of her dog's hair that has been spread all over her home.

So when Denise heard about the Shed Pal Cordless Pet Vac, she knew that she wanted to give it a try.

The Shed Pal needs three AA batteries. It claims to be a mess-free way to pick up your dog or cat's hair with no fuss. The vac has no hard bristles, so there is no snagging of hair. And it claims to be fast, easy and gentle on your pet.

At first, Denise's dog did not like the Shed Pal's sound, but after a few minutes she was able to start grooming her little friend. Denise did not like that the Shed Pal had no bristles; she found it a bit awkward.

The Shed Pal did suck up some of her dog's hair into the plastic collector. She also tried it on her furniture and found that it picked up almost all of the loose hair.

Overall, Denise was not impressed by the Shed Pal's suction power when it came to grooming, but she did like this cordless vacuum for quick, clean-up jobs on her furniture.

Overall, thumbs down for grooming her pet, thumbs up for cleaning up her furniture.
