Tampa, Florida - There's no place in Tampa Bay more similar to the French Quarter than Ybor City so, as you can imagine, it was the place to be for Saints fans wanting to watch the Super Bowl.

The Rock-N-Sports Bar and Grille at 1600 E. 8th Avenue is known as "Saints Bar." Fans belted out, "Who dat, who dat, who dat saying they gonna beat the Saints?" There were a few Colt's fans crowded into the bar but most were fans rooting for the New Orleans Saints.

Many were just happy for something positive to celebrate, knowing most of the world was celebrating with them. Many survived Hurricane Katrina, while others have friends and family still affected by the devastation that happened nearly five years ago.

A lot of fans say they can remember the Saints being so terrible they were once called the "Aint's" and some fans actually wore paper bags over their heads because they were embarrassed by their team. But not after their historic season and their win, 31 to 17, against the Indianapolis Colts Sunday night.

Kevin Laccassin is a Saints fan. He says, "We've all been through the bad times with the Saints and through the bad times through Katrina and we've come together for a common cause."

Rock-N-Sports Bar and Grille owner Franja Eastling says her work here is not about the money. It's a labor of love. She was born and raised in New Orleans and says the Super Bowl win means so much. "It's just beyond words. It just brings everyone hope and faith and kind of lifts the spirits, you know?"

Sunday night, Eastling said she was getting ready to pack up and hit the road to get back to the Big Easy to celebrate New Orleans style. "I'll be there Monday and the parade's on Tuesday... me and probably a million other people."

Lynn Carter, also a Saints fan, says, "The morale of the city is going to be phenomenal and it's Mardi Gras! Oh, my Lord! The town's going to be out of control."
