Hello, Joe Bucs Fan...

Where should I start for this one? After the opening debacle in New Jersey, the Bucs have so much to work on for their home opener against the Saints.

Start with discipline. Greg Schiano based his reputation on it, and they came out against the Jets looking like they were just starting training camp. Forget "toes on the line," these guys need a complete makeover... cut those 13 turnovers, at least in half.

Obviously, Josh Freeman doesn't look like he's used to calling his own plays. Schiano said that's an option, when the helmet communicator goes out. Let's work on that, Josh.

And getting Doug Martin some running room, should be a priority for the offensive line.

The new defense will be severely tested by Drew Brees, who historically has had some great games against the Bucs... more pressure on Brees, of course. And when they blitzed Geno Smith last week, is when they disrupted his rhythm. More of that will help get Brees off his game.

And Darrelle Revis shutting down Marques Colston, will go a long way in shutting down the Saints.

The Bucs, a 3-point underdog, should be more. But at the least they need to show their fans they can play some clean, effective football.
