Tampa, FL-- The Bucs made four roster moves late this afternoon, trading DT Brian Price and releasing WR Dezmon Briscoe.

Price was sent to the Chicago Bears for an undisclosed draft choice.  The third-year defensive tackle has been plagued by injuries, and is mourning the death of his sister.  Price was a second-round draft choice in 2010.

Price was involved in a fight with rookie Mark Barron during off-season workouts.

Briscoe missed much of the off-season workouts in Tampa, and that certainly did not endear him to Greg Schiano.  Briscoe led the Bucs with 6 touchdown catches last season.

The Bucs also released DB Devin Holland.

They also signed LB Thomas Williams to a 2-year contract.  Williams played played 7 games for Carolina last season.
