Clearwater, Florida -- Any of you 10 News viewers in the market for a nearly 4,600 square foot home? You are? Then you are in luck, especially if you're a Rays fan.
Former Tampa Bay pitcher James Shields is selling his Clearwater home. After he was traded to the Kansas City Royals last December, the veteran pitcher decided it was finally time to put his beautiful 4,581 square foot, four bedroom, four bathroom home on the market.

The house has a heated, saltwater pool, an outdoor kitchen, hardwood floors, room for three cars between the two pair of garages and even features an 80-inch projection screen TV in the upstairs "man cave".
Shields' home is on the market for $1,150,000 and is already getting a lot of interest from baseball fans and non-fans alike.
"If they are interested because James lived here then, I mean, I guess that's just a story you have to tell friends," said Alayna Sherwood of Coldwell Banker Residential. "I think sometimes people want to be in neighborhoods where they know that famous people have lived before. I mean, it adds a certain amount of prestige." 813-323-5498
