Clearwater Beach, Florida -- Outback Bowl visitors will greeted by two new dolphin statues this week.

The Chamber of Commerce has added two new special bottle nosed dolphin statues, decked out in team colors. They'll be stationed at hotels where Bowl guests will be staying.

The University of South Carolina Gamecock dolphin may be seen in the lobby of the Hilton Clearwater Beach, and the University of Michigan Go Blue dolphin is located at the outside entry to the Sheraton Sand Key.

The 6-foot tall dolphins will be on display for Outback Bowl Beach Day in the sand behind the Hilton Clearwater Beach. On Jan. 1, the dolphins will be at Raymond James Stadium for the 27th annual Outback Bowl game.

The dolphins were designed by airbrush artist Robert Daltry and sponsored by Clearwater Gas System and the Clearwater Regional Chamber of Commerce. They'll be available for sale after the bowl game.
