ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) - The domestic violence injunction against Rep. Alan Grayson has been dropped.

The injunction was dropped Wednesday after attorneys for Grayson's wife, Lolita Carson-Grayson, filed a voluntary dismissal. Carson-Grayson filed for divorce in January.

A judge granted Carson-Grayson a restraining order against the Democratic congressman from Orlando earlier this month after she alleged that Grayson pushed her against the front door of their home when he stopped by the house.

Grayson denied the accusation from the beginning and released a video one of his staffers had taken of the incident. The video shows only Carson-Grayson strike her husband.

The Orange County Sheriff's Office investigated Carson-Grayson's claims but decided there was not enough evidence to charge Grayson.
