Video: Rentals for Bollywood: From deals to super luxury

Tampa, Florida-- Nestled over six lots on Davis Islands, sits a 9,000 square foot, secret oasis.

Welcome to the Moroccan Mansion, once owned by Yankees owner, George Steinbrenner, and painstakingly renovated over the course of four years.

With features like coral courtyards, hand-painted tiles, three kitchens and a nearly 12,000 square foot guest and pool house, this property is of grand proportions.

It's one of the high-end properties popping up on the rental market, for the four-day International Indian Film Academy Awards this April.

STORY: What to expect when Bollywood hits Tampa Bay

To say properties of this nature cater to a certain clientele, is an understatement.

"This particular price is undisclosed, but it will be above $35,000," luxury real-estate agent, Martha Shepley of Florida Pride Homes told 10 News.

With 15,000 out-of-towners, expected to descent upon Tampa for the festival, much of the Bollywood elite will need a place to stay.

"Indian families like to bring the whole entourage and their families," explained Sheley.

She believes, because of the nature of this event, where ticket-packages can go for upwards of $10,000, guests only want the best.

"If they want a yacht to use, or a private plane, we will also get it for them."

For the more everyday visitors, needing a place to stay, there are still plenty of deals to be had, if you book now.

According to Visit Tampa Bay, Hillsborough County has 21,000 hotel rooms, and Tampa is expected to book 10 - 15,000 of them for the festival.

Visit Tampa Bay says there's plenty of availability now, with rooms averaging from $159 to $259 a night.

However, based on booking patterns for other major events, like the RNC and Super Bowl, most accommodation bookings happen the week leading up to the event. Prices then, could skyrocket.

Back at the Moroccan Mansion, Martha says she's gotten many, many inquiries into her IIFA listings, with more inquiries from owners, looking to make some money, almost daily.
