This Sunday morning (March 9th), our clocks jump forward one hour for Daylight Saving Time.

That means the sun will be up longer and you'll have to adjust to darker mornings.

Here are some apps to help.

"Alarmy" gets creative with shutting off your alarm.

You can tap the phone, shake it, or make yourself take a photo to match an original, for example, your bathroom sink.

Blue light has been proven to reset circadian rhythms.
