Update: Missing man Eddie Blackshear, Jr. known to frequent downtown Dunedin found

Clearwater, Florida -- Update: Clearwater Police say they have located a man who was last seen on Feb. 28 and he is safe.

Previous Story:

Police say Eddie Lee Blackshear Jr., 24, was last seen leaving his home in the 1700 block of N. Martin Luther King Jr. Ave. Friday on his black Mongoose bicycle.

Blackshear, a former student at Dunedin High School, has diminished mental capacity and also suffers from seizures.

He is just a little over 6 feet tall, weighs 235 pounds, has short hair and a full beard. It is unknown what clothing he was wearing at the time.
