TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (AP) - Tax cuts, stiffer sex offender laws, expanding school vouchers and the state budget will be among the issues lawmakers will consider over the 60-day session that begins March 4.

But so will legalizing half-gallon beer growlers and making it legal for unmarried men and women to have sex in the homes they share.

Hundreds of bills have already filed - some mundane, some that make political points, some dealing with major policy changes and some that could affect the everyday lives of Floridians. And most will never make it to Gov. Rick Scott's desk when lawmakers go home.

But House Speaker Will Weatherford and Senate President Don Gaetz say they plan to push a bold agenda in their last year leading their chambers.
