Brandon, Florida -- The man wanted in connection with four bank robberies in Pasco and Hillsborough counties over a one-day period has been captured.
Hillsborough Sheriff's deputies say Christopher Nelson, 42, was caught in Biloxi, Mississippi on Thursday without incident.
Nelson was identified by Hillsborough and Pasco Sheriff's deputies Thursday as the man responsible for the robberies of a Chase Bank in Brandon, a SunTrust bank in Wesley Chapel and two Wells Fargo banks in Zephyrhills.
In all instances, which occurred between Feb. 17 and 18, Nelson handed the teller a note demanding money. He never flashed a weapon.
He is currently being held in Mississippi until he can be brought back to Hillsborough County.
