(CBS News)-- If you're having trouble finding true love, maybe your should be looking at work. According to a national survey by, 38% of U.S. workers dated someone who worked for the same company. And 31% of those people say the office romance led to the altar.

"Early on, the intention was to keep it a secret because you never know what's going to happen," says pharmacist Stacey Lisi.

Adam and Stacey Lisi are both pharmacists at Rutgers' Cancer Institute in New Jersey. Since they sometimes work together, they make a point not to talk shop when they come home.

"If I've had a bad day, because he's come through and seen it, he always knows. I don't have to rehash all that," Lisi says.

The survey says the companies where you are most likely to find love are in the leisure and hospitality business -- places like hotels and restaurants.

And once you are in a relationship, recommends you check your companies policy. And it's a good idea to keep your work life separate from your home life -- like the Lisis.

Another tip for navigating workplace romance: think before you post. Experts warn you should be careful not to "out" your relationship on social media before you're ready to discuss it.
