New Port Richey, Florida--Inside the nondescript warehouse in Port Richey, 36-year-old inventor, Garyn Angel, is updating social media for his company,

"We're in the San Francisco Chronicle today," he says.

The company is headquartered in Seattle, and has customer service offices in Port Richey. Magical Butter produces a machine that looks like an ordinary kitchen appliance. Except...

"We've automated the process of making cannabis oils,"Angel explains.

Cannabis oils that can be cooked into food to medically treat patients with debilitating diseases, like Angel's friend who suffers from Crohn's disease.

"I started to design something for his personal use," Angel describes of the machine's inspiration.

It wasn't long until the first devices were sold out, and by 2013, Magical Butter became a worldwide hit.

"This last shipment -- when January 1st came and Colorado and Washington legalized it -- we sold out a three-month supply in 13 days."

With medical marijuana on the Florida ballot, Angel is not sure how it would impact $20 million business.

"I think our future is bright with or without the legalization, because society has accepted it."

Angel is a believer in medical marijuana. Last December he donated $10,000 to a New Jersey family with a 2-year-old named Vivian suffering from severe epilepsy, so they could move to Colorado and access legal treatment.

"I'm proud, you know? Our team's done good," Angel says.

And with a new butter machine coming out in April and the election in November, Magical Butter plans to tour the state to educate.
