Tampa, Florida -- It's the end of January which means its time for pirates.

A Tampa ad agency is creating something for parade goers to remember the invasion: a 2014 Gasparilla Pirate Poster.

Creative Motion, Inc., a Tampa-based creative agency dedicated to developing authentic content including design and digital media, announced it has extended the submission deadline for its 2014 Gasparilla Pirate Poster project. Now in its third year, the project invites local designers and Gasparilla enthusiasts to submit poster design concepts, one of which will be selected to be printed and sold.

"For years I have been inspired by the enthusiasm displayed by the locals who truly embody the spirit of Gasparilla," said Nick Gulick, principle of Creative Motion and founder of the Gasparilla Pirate Poster project. "Through our project, I wanted to provide an opportunity for these loyal individuals to personally showcase all that they love about the event, and lead the charge in creating something to remember the day by, besides beads and a hangover."

One hundred posters of the winning design will be printed professionally using a printing press located right here in Florida. The agency is now accepting pre-orders for the 2014 poster and posters from previous years are also available at www.GasparillaPiratePoster.com.

Those wishing to submit a concept for consideration should send a EPS or AI file to hello@gasparillapirateposter.com by January 24. Submissions must include the text: "Gasparilla Pirate Festival", "Tampa, FL" and "January 25, 2014". For additional submission guidelines, please visit: www.GasparillaPiratePoster.com.
