Stolen car found in Tarpon canal

Tarpon Springs, Florida -- Tarpon Springs Police are still investigating the circumstances surrounding a stolen car found in a Tarpon canal Tuesday morning.

Police say the 2011 4-door silver Kia was found in the water at 300 Pampas Avenue. A dive team searched the car and no one was found inside.

The car was reported stolen out of Pinellas County.
