Belleair, Florida -- Tuesday's do or die for the historic Belleview Biltmore Hotel.
At 6:30 p.m. at Belleair Town Hall, Belleair commissioners will take a final vote on zoning changes around the hotel which would allow a residential development to be built on place of the Biltmore.
Right now, the sale of the Biltmore to a St. Pete developer is pending. That developer wants to demolish the hotel to build condos.
The Biltmore has been closed since 2009.
The meeting tonight is open to the public. You can find out more about this issue at www.savethebiltmore.com.
