WASHINGTON, D.C. (WINKNews.com) -- Tuesday Southwest Floirda's U.S. Representative Trey Radel heads back to work in the nation's capitol, as the House returns from the winter holiday.

Radel took a leave of absence after pleading guilty to cocaine possession charges on November 20. He completed a 28-day treatment program and his staff confirms he will be at the Capitol when the U.S. House gets back to work Tuesday evening.

Congress has a lot to tackle right off the bat, including immigration reform, unemployment benefits, President Obama's healthcare law, and passing a budget by the January 15th.

In earlier statements, the congressman said he's ready to get back to representing Southwest Florida.  He also vowed to redouble his legislative agenda.
