Sarasota, Florida -- The Sarasota County Sheriff's Office has arrested a 25-year-old woman in connection with the death of a 65-year-old man who died from injuries received when she shoved him and he hit his head on the ground.

On December 6th, Megan Belle was in a physical altercation with two women who live in the same apartment complex.

The victim, Kevin Watts, was walking along the sidewalk when he was confronted by Belle and shoved backward, striking his head on the concrete. Watts never regained consciousness and died on December 17th. The preliminary report by the Medical Examiner's Office indicates Watts' death was the result of the injury he received when he was pushed to the ground by Belle.

Belle was taken into custody today and charged with Aggravated Manslaughter of an Elderly Person. Detectives have also charged her with Simple Battery for the fight with the women two weeks ago.
