Land O' Lakes, Florida -- Pasco County deputies say they've caught both of the men who exposed themselves in several public places across Pasco County over the last month.
26-year-old Jarvis Boatwright and 30-year-old Marcus Harris are both being held at the Land O' Lakes Jail.
Just before 1 a.m. on Saturday, deputies say they arrested Boatwright while he was at someone else's house on Amarillo Street in Port Richey. They say he was sitting on the couch watching television with small bags of cocaine in plain sight.
The Pasco County Sheriff's Office says Boatwright may have exposed himself at a gas station, outside a stranger's home, inside a Dollar General store, and even inside a library in front of a 17-year-old girl.

The key to finding Harris was caught on camera, deputies say. It was an image from a surveillance camera of a man allegedly exposing himself on a public transit bus. Media outlets distributed the photo, and employees at Bob Evans Restaurant recognized him as a former customer, who they say once exposed himself to their manager. Then, they saw him walking in front of their restaurant.
"Christina got on the phone with the sheriff's office and, the next thing you know, they were arresting him," said Jenny Camerieri, who works at the restaurant. "Within a couple hours, we saw he was released and walking back through the parking lot again."
That's because of what Chris Nocco called a "bizarre twist" on Friday.
"We have a suspect. We have his name. He confessed to us," Sheriff Nocco told reporters. "However, we cannot proceed any further until we have a victim."
The victim in the bus flashing did come forward, and deputies were able to make an arrest.
Both of the alleged flashers have other, similar charges under their belts. They've each been arrested within the last year for indecent exposure.
