CHASE: Senior Underwriter - Mortgage Banking

We're hiring qualified professionals for the following positions: Government and Conventional Sr. Underwriters

As a Loan Underwriter, you will underwrite and apply needed conditions to mortgage applications to assure borrower meets program/product specifications. In addition, you will communicate the decision (approval, suspense, denial) to the appropriate individuals within the firm while upholding fair lending practices of JPMorgan Chase Mortgage. You will be responsible for productivity targets and will ensure quality and customer satisfaction.


  • 3+ years of frontline mortgage underwriting experience
  • FHA DE Designation strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of federal and state regulatory requirements
  • Excellent analytical, attention to detail and decision making skills
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision
  • Highly motivated and takes initiative
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • College degree preferred

J.J. Taylor Distributing Floria, INC.: Warehouse Team Member - 2nd and 3rd shift

Load and/or unloads beer cases or kegs from trucks and rail cars depending on which shift or warehouse worker is assigned. Moves product around within warehouses so inventory can be easily accessed for processing of orders.

Essential Dutiesand Responsibilities:

  • Unloads incoming product from rail cars or freight trucks using forklift. Verifies inventory of incoming product.
  • Stacks pallets of product in designated areas in the warehouse. Puts keg stock in cooler.
  • Rotates stock. Checks for pull dates.
  • Reloads rail cars and trucks with dunnage to return to Brewery.
  • Counts and verifies outgoing keg or case loads against invoices.
  • Loads trucks in accordance with drivers' load sheets.
  • Unloads any returnables from trucks.
  • Documents temperatures of kegs received from Miller Brewery if working in keg warehouse.
  • Sends bad kegs back to Brewery if assigned to keg warehouse.
  • Inspects expiration dates on kegs and cases and reports to management on stock about to expire.
  • Cleans up cooler or consolidates stock area in case warehouse in order to create room for incoming product.
  • Assists with keeping warehouse clean and orderly.
  • Adheres to all safety codes and OSHA standards.
  • Works overtime when required.

Gerdau: Application Designer and Developer

Design and development and testing of enhancements of existing applications.
As a part of the project team, maintain program libraries and technical documentation and provide "break fix" support to assigned applications.

  • Bachelors Degree Comp Sci or BSBA
  • Required skills include: Citrix, Windows development, requirements management and applications support.   3-5 yrs w/ Architecture/System support.  Strong analytical, technical, communication and customer relationship skills needed.  Broad knowledge of IT Networks such as Windows, Citrix and/or UNIX.  Needs to be a strong problem solver and has experience working in a cross functional, collaborative environment.
  • Preferred technical skills consist of Oracle, PL/SQL, SAP
  • Additional preferred skills with Manufacturing applications.

DTCC: Sr. SharePoint Engineer/SME

  • Lead SharePoint engineering, architecture, development, deployment, troubleshooting, and overall daily administration responsibilities
  • Ensure availability and stability of SharePoint Infrastructure in multi-site locations
  • Performs all aspects of SharePoint Administration and Engineering associated with sites, site collections, web parts, lists, document libraries, management of custom content types, etc.
  • Develop robust monitoring and alerting for SharePoint (ie: health analyzer, checkout lists)
  • Perform trend, performance, and capacity analysis to manage SharePoint
  • Perform in-depth root cause troubleshooting analysis of all SharePoint server events, and implement solution or workaround following ITIL practice

  • Support and coordinate scheduling and execution of daily, weekly, monthly system maintenance, release updates, upgrades, fine tuning, and/or new technology deployments
  • Evaluation of new features or integrations requests producing comprehensive analysis and recommendation as well as execution for plug-ins, feature, web part, template, including 3rd party application integration, etc. to SharePoint
  • Create detail step-by-step documentation regarding SharePoint process, procedure, architecture, run book, technotes, etc.
  • Mentor, train and provide knowledge transfer to team members
  • Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation with team
