Largo, FL-- Back on April 3, 2012, 24-year-old Michael Graziano was involved in a car crash that later resulted in his death. Yesterday, officials charged the driver of the car, 24-year-old Cameron Bosley, with DUI Manslaughter.
Reports say Bosley turned himself in to the Pinellas County Jail after further investigation resulted in a warrant for his arrest.
Initial reports indicated officers did not believe alcohol was a factor in the accident, though they later determined Bosley's blood alcohol content was 0.174 at the time of the crash.
Michael is the brother of John Graziano, who suffered permanent brain damage in a 2007 crash with Nick Bollea, the son of Hulk Hogan.
Both Graziano brothers were passengers in these crashes.
The FHP report said the the crash involving Bosley and Michael Graziano occurred at 3 a.m. at the intersection of Ulmerton Road and 66th Street North.
Troopers said Bosley, then 23, was driving at a high rate of speed on Ulmerton when he hit the back of a dump truck as he approached 66th Street North.

The driver of the truck, Steven Brady was not injured.
The report also showed Graziano and Bosley were not wearing their seat belts.
After the crash, Bosley was listed in stable condition, though Graziano was listed in very critical condition at Bayfront Medical Center.
Graziano passed away nearly two weeks later from his injuries.
In 2007, Graziano's brother, John, suffered a severe brain injury after Nick Bollea crashed into a palm tree in Clearwater. John was a passenger in the car and needs a lifetime of medical care.
Bollea served five months in jail for causing the crash.
The Graziano family also made headlines last year after their father, Edward Graziano was sentenced to 10 years in prison for plotting to hire someone to kill his wife, Debra.
According to the Pinellas County Arrest inquiry, Bosely has been released on a $10,000 bond.
