Bucs lead Vikings, 30-17, 4th quarter

Minneapolis, MN-- The Bucs lead the Minnesota Vikings, 30-17, in the 4th quarter.

At the beginning of the 3rd quarter, Josh Freeman hit Doug Martin on a screen pass, and the rookie back turned it into a 64 yard touchdown.  Through 3 quarters, Martin has 222 total yards and a TD.

Connor Barth also kicked a 38 yard field goal, his third of the night.

Adrian Peterson dashed 64 yards for a touchdown, midway through the 3rd, to make it a 30-17 game.

 

The Bucs have recovered 2 Vikings' fumbles, converting them into 10 points. 

Connor Barth kicked a 40 yard field goal, to make it 13-0.  Josh Freeman hit Mike Williams on a 3 yard fade route for a touchdown.

Christian Ponder connected with Percy Harvin on an 18 yard field goal, and Blair Walsh booted a 51 yard field goal for the Vikings' points.

Doug Martin has 106 yards rushing in the first half.

 

In the 1st quarter, the Bucs scored on a 28 yard field goal by Connor Barth, and a Josh Freeman 1 yard touchdown pass to Erik Lorig.

Running back Doug Martin has rushed 8 times for 69 yards.  Josh Freeman is 7 of 15 passing, for 63 yards.

Vikings' quarterback Christian Ponder is only 1 of 6 passing, for 4 yards
