Sun City Center, Florida -- While Vice President Joe Biden opened his remarks Friday by calling Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan "honorable, decent men." He went on to spend the next 50 minutes explaining why he thought the two Republicans would be bad for America.

At one point telling the crowd of nearly 1,200 people at the Sun City Center Community Association Community Hall that the two presidential candidates had strikingly different views when it comes to women's rights.

"We are absolutely, positively committed that my daughter and the President's daughters and my four granddaughters have every single solitary opportunity to control their lives as my son and my grandsons, without exception, every single one," Biden said as the crowd erupted in applause.

Biden also took a jab at Romney saying the Republican is not offering any specifics about his plan to turn the country's economy around.

"Ladies and gentlemen, the President said the day after the debate that Romney's plan had become awfully sketchy. Well I'm reluctant to correct the President on anything but I would respectfully suggest they're not sketchy, they're Etch A Sketchy."

Biden also tried to curry support with the mostly senior audience when he said entitlement programs like Medicare would only be protected by re-electing Barack Obama.

"If they succeed, if they are elected in January and immediately repeal what we've done with regard to Medicare and health care your premiums will go up on average $312 a year immediately."

Outside however, Romney supporters told a much different story as a mobile billboard drove around with the message; "President's Obama's Medicare cuts to seniors to pay for Obamacare: $716 billion No laughing matter."

With less than 3 weeks to go in the campaign most agree Florida is still a state that could go either way. So Biden reminded the crowd they can already vote with an absentee ballot. He also stressed being at the rally was not enough.

"We need your help to win the state of Florida and we win the state of Florida this election is over, this election is done so go out there now and vote."
