Tampa, Florida -- At last! The Bucs will be on TV!
Sunday's home game between the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the New Orleans Saints will not be blacked out. It is the first Bucs home game this season that will be shown live locally on TV.
It will air on FOX at 1 p.m.
To avoid blackouts of home games, the Bucs must meet the 85 percent general seating capacity at Raymond James Stadium by a deadline, usually set on the Thursday afternoon before the game. If the deadline is not met, fans within a 75 mile radius will not be allowed to see the game unless they go to the stadium and watch it in person.
The first three Bucs home games were blacked out this season. While the 85% threshold has been met for this weekend's matchup, Bucs officials say tickets are still available.
