POLK COUNTY, Fla. - (WKMG) Police arrested the driver who took authorities on a pursuit into Orange County on Interstate 4.
Allen White, 42, was found at a hotel and taken into custody.
Polk County deputies said they received a call from Orange County Sheriff's Office at around 4 p.m. Thursday to help with the pursuit heading into westbound I-4 in Polk County.
The fleeing vehicle eventually exited I-4 in the Lakeland area, according to a release. Deputies said two passengers, an adult male and an adult female, ran out from the vehicle in the area of Sun Acres and they were both arrested. The driver, Allen White, then got back onto I-4 and fled eastbound back into Orange County, according to the release.
Seminole County sheriff's deputies say the car was stolen out of Seminole County. White then stopped at the Orlando Grand Hotel on John Young Parkway, where authorities searched for him.
Allen will face charges related tot he stolen vehicle out of Seminole County. Police also believe White is connected to several other property crimes across central Florida.
No injures were reported in the incident and the investigation is ongoing.
