Tampa, Florida -- With a huge state match-up with Florida State coming up next week, the USF Bulls are trying to focus on this Saturday's game at Ball State.

Some might call this Saturday's meeting in Muncie, IN, a trap game, since it falls between 2 big games -- the Rutgers game last week, and Florida State next week.

But the Bulls have plenty to keep them occupied, since they gave up several big plays against Rutgers, and turned the ball over.

"We're trying not to focus on it (FSU), and talk about it, because that's a week from now," said senior quarterback B.J. Daniels after practice on Tuesday.  "And we play only one game this week. We can't focus on what goes on around us, outside the white lines. Every day, we focus on coming to work, and paying attention in the film room, and doing what we're supposed to do."
