Haines City, Florida -- A man recently arrested on child sex charges is back in jail Tuesday.
On June 4, Javier Rosario Garcia was arrested during Operation Cyber Child after he responded to a fake online ad and was caught trying to meet up with who he thought was the child but was really Polk deputies.
Garcia was released on bond on June 6 but Haines City Police received information he molested a child he had access to.
The 7-year-old girl told detectives Garcia had been touching her inappropriately for the past couple of years and that he threatened to kill her if she told anyone.
Garcia's bond was revoked and he was rearrested on June 25 and charged with lewd and lascivious molestation upon a child under 12 years of age. He is currently being held without bond.
Haines City Police say he could face up to life in prison due to the victim's age and nature of the crime.
