St. Petersburg, Florida  -  Try It Team member Christie Bruner stays in shape by regularly working out, running and swimming.

Aches and pains come with the territory, so when Christie heard about the Arctic Ease, a re-usable cryotherapy wrap that promises to stay cold for hours, she knew that she had to give it a try.

Christie ran with the Arctic Ease and found that it was somewhat cool, but not as cold as she had imagined.

Christie used the alternate option from the company which was to put it in the fridge for maximum cooling.

Overall, Christie liked the Arctic Ease, especially when she kept it in her refrigerator. Arctic Ease says that you can get between eight to ten uses from the wrap, and in some cases as many as fifteen.

Here is some information from the company:

Arctic Ease is a clinically-studied reliable and effective treatment for mild to moderate aches & pains and inflammation from the pain associated with arthritis and back, joint and muscle pains and sprains, along with repetitive motion injuries, minor burns and bruises. You can wear it during a workout, on the go, or on the job. Afterwards, just roll it up, put it in the re-sealable pouch with a little water and it will be ready to use again in just a few hours. The Arctic Ease wrap can be cut to any size (from a big athletic knee, to a toddler-sized wrist) and sticks to itself, eliminating the need for tape or clips.

The 4 x 5" wrap retails for $14.99 and comes in white, black, blue and pink. Arctic Ease is also available in a 4 x 6" patch (not re-usable). The 3-pack retails for $9.99.
