HOUSTON (KHOU) - A Katy, Texas mom who sent nude photographs of herself to her friend's 16-year-old son pleaded guilty Friday to online solicitation of a minor.
Lori David, 38, was sentenced to five years' probation.
Investigators said David and the victim's mother were jogging buddies, and the victim was a classmate of David's son at Katy Taylor High School.

The victim told investigators that David befriended him while she was volunteering at the school, and asked to be his friend on Facebook.
The victim said he and David then began communicating via Facebook, e-mail and text message on a regular basis, and their conversations were often sexual.
According to court documents, David sent the teen two lewd photos of herself on October 14, 2010.
Investigators said David was completely nude in both photos. She was arrested at her home on November 4, 2010, and was later released on bond.
David was visibly shaken in court Friday. At times, she trembled and cried while she stood before the judge.
The judge told David that she will have to register as a sex offender for 15 years, and she's not allowed to have contact with children unless they are related to her.
The judge said David needs to get help, and will have to prove through a counselor or psychiatrist that she is rehabilitating before she's allowed to be around kids again.
"You know you have a problem," the judge said to David. "I do not want you at that school for anything except your son's graduation."
"For the judge to say she can't have any school activities with her children at the school is very difficult," Michael Nassif, David's attorney. "However, the judge was very reasonable in saying this is something that can be re-visited later on."
David will also have to pay a $500 fine and can only use the Internet for work during her probation.
The judge said that while she's on probation she can have a cell phone, but it can't have Internet access, and she can only text family members and other adults.
Though David did not address the court herself, Nassif read a statement written by his client.
"Good people make bad decisions. I'm living my bad decision in front of you. Every action has a consequence and I'm taking responsibility for my actions," Nassif read.
By accepting responsibility, David hopes to regain trust and eventually be involved in her son's school life.
The victim's family left court without comment, but Harris County Assistant DA John Wakefield said he believes the penalty is fair and just.
"The question in this case is, the victim is a 16-year-old, and she is a 38-year-old mom. So is prison the right call for her? Or give her a chance to prove she's worthy of being back in society," Wakefield said.
If David violates probation, she could face two to 10 years in a Texas prison.
