Orlando, Florida - It's the trial that people can't stop watching. The drama is plentiful in the courtroom, and those following it on television seem to know it.

In fact, each day the lines become longer and longer at the Orange County courthouse for public seating in the gallery of the courtroom.

Is it sick curiosity? Is it sympathy for a little girl who was murdered?  Or, is it just a desire to be a part of pop culture in a phenomenon shared on nearly every news channel and online outlet?

Every local station is covering the case at a frenzied level, including networks which have devoted cable shows to non-stop analysis and coverage of the 25-year-old Orlando mother accused of murdering her daughter Caylee in the summer of 2008.

Spectators at the courthouse are permitted to line up at 5:30 am each day. The first 50 in line are permitted to watch the trial from inside the courtroom.

This morning, there were reports of nearly 200 people in line. In the melee, one woman was knocked to the ground. She was seen being placed on a stretcher and taken away in an ambulance.

Orlando Police were called out to the courthouse when a fight broke out in line. Apparently, people were upset when someone tried to cut in line.

The reason for this frenzy?

Thursday was one of the most intense days of the trial so far as pictures of Caylee's skull were shown to members of the jury. The pictures were gory and graphic, with the child's hair still attached to the bone. Photos of Caylee's eye sockets and teeth were published for the jury.

Those in the courtroom sat with their mouthes open as they viewed the photos on flat screen monitors placed throughout the gallery. But, what seemed to shock people the most were the layers of duct tape wrapped around the baby's skull. They covered Caylee's nose and mouth.

Prosecutors say it was the same tape seen on a gas can at the Anthony's home.   The state maintains it was the same type and brand of the unique tape.

Casey's murder trial resumed Friday morning after the Orlando mother became "ill" on Thursday, and Judge Belvin Perry recessed for the day nearly two hours early.

On Thursday, Casey was noticeably emotional and fragile.  She looked down the entire day, never lifting her eyes once to view the photos.

Finally, around 3:00 she was seen nearly hyperventilating into the sleeves of her white sweater.  She turned pale and was breathing heavy.

No explanation was given as to her "illness."

Casey is accused of disabling Caylee with Chloroform, then suffocating the child with duct tape and driving around with the little girl's body in the trunk of her car.

The defense claims that Caylee drowned in the family swimming pool on June 16, 2008.  Defense attorneys maintain that George Anthony discovered the body.

Casey could face the death penalty if she's convicted.
