Clearwater, Florida - Our Pet of the Week is Black Bing. Greyhounds are sweet, gentle and affectionate dogs that are almost always retired racers.  Black Bing is a 2 year old Greyhound that is ready to enjoy her retirement with her first family and home. She is very inquisitive and will quickly make an effort to socialize with you and get some extra attention and loving. Her big brown eyes will melt your heart.

Black Bing will give you a greyhound's version of a hug with the classic 'greyhound lean'. She definitely wants to be a part of a family where she can share her love and affection with someone very lucky. If you have the desire and the space on your couch to share; come meet this sweetheart of a gal!

PET ID: A11918551

Pet of the Week: Sam

Sam is a 6 year old medium sized domestic short haired cat. He has a bright orange coat with unique white markings. He has an irresistible cute face with eyes that look at you for attention. He is an extremely friendly cat but he is gentle. He will probably be a little quiet in a new home until he is settled and gets to know his new family but then he will be a great companion.

Sam was brought to the shelter because his previous owners had a change in their family situation. He gets along well with the other cats that he shares his space with here at the shelter. It is unknown how he is with children or dogs so if you have either please bring them with you to meet our boy and give him the forever home that he needs.
