Tampa, Florida -- Politics makes strange bedfellows. That's clear as the Republican National Convention takes over Tampa this week.

Politicians from Washington and delegates from across the country are rubbing elbows with Hollywood at the Impact Film Festival--a collection of politically or socially-themed documentaries--taking place at Channelside Cinemas.

One of the films is an irreverent look at voting in America called "Electoral Dysfunction"--hosted by Mo Rocca from CBS Sunday Morning and NPR's Wait Wait Don't Tell Me.

Rocca joined Morning Show anchor Ginger Gadsden in the 10 News Skybox at the RNC to talk about his film.

"Electoral Dysfunction" will air on PBS stations in late October.  Check your local listings.
