Clearwater, Florida - Our Pet of the Week is Olivia. This is a sweet little girl that is a 6 year old Whippet/Hound mix. Olivia is a said to be a great gal that has spent time with children of all ages and is even patient with the little kids. She adores people and is pretty sure we are all here just for her. Whether it is visitors in her home or new people she meets while on a walk; Olivia just wants to say "HI" and get some love and attention in return. A perfect new home for her would offer plenty of play time in a secure yard, a calm secure environment and a lot of family time to cuddle and snuggle. She will climb right into your lap if you let her!

Olivia is going to be a great new companion to a lucky family that will spoil her the way she deserves. Let Olivia be your shadow; that is all she really wants.

Pet of the Week: Dancer

Dancer is a very handsome medium sized 6 year old domestic short haired cat. He has a slim looking body with long legs making him look rather regal. His fur is in a brown tiger pattern and he most certainly has a unique look about him. He is rather active and has become very social once he gets to know you.

Dancer was transferred to the Humane Society of Pinellas from an over crowded shelter. He has been at this shelter since December "09". He is a perfect example of our "non time limit of adoptable animals" policy. He gets along very well with most other cats. It is unknown how he will do in a new furr-ever home with dogs or children so if you have either please bring them with you to meet him.
