Clearwater, Florida - Our pet of the week is Annabelle. Annabelle is a Pit Bull Terrier/Boxer Mix that is 5 ½ years old. She is a sweet girl that is going to make her new family very happy. Annabelle is a simple girl that likes squeaky toys, long walks and to play in the yard with humans. She does get along with some other dogs and has a few canine playmates here at the shelter.

After being adopted from HSP, she was picked up by Animal Services and ultimately returned to us to find her a family that will love her forever. She is a smart girl that is house trained and knows her basic commands; a refresher course wouldn't hurt and would help build the bond with her new parents. Don't you have room in your home and heart for Annabelle?

Pet of the Wee: Jimmie

Jimmie is an elegant medium sized domestic long haired 6 year old cat. She has a gorgeous long silky gray coat. She is friendly in a gentle regal way. If you stop by her cage she will be one of the first cats to meow at you as an invitation to come in and pet her. She also loves to be held once she feels comfortable with you.

Jimmie's previous owners turned her in because they could no longer afford to take care of her. She is fine with other cats and should do well in any loving home. We do not know how she is with dogs or children so if you have either please bring them with you to meet our pretty lady Jimmie.
