Pet of The Week: Lady
Pet of The Week: China
Clearwater, Florida - Our Pet of the Week is Lady. Lady is a loving, affectionate and smart 5 year old Pit Bull Terrier that has a small compact physique. Lady's former family had to move and they were not able to take her along. During her time with them, Lady was lucky enough to be a part of a family. She enjoys the company of children, likes to lounge on the couch by your side, and will sleep on your blankets or clothes when given the chance.
Lady has gone though obedience training and knows several commands plus she is also house trained. She is happy to share with you her talents and is eager to please. She likes to play with toys and can even play hide & seek! If you are looking for an interactive new family member, come meet Lady and fall in love!

Pet of the Week: China
China is a unique looking 3 year old domestic short haired cat. His coat is buff and white. His fur is a little thin because he came to us as a stray. Fortunately, he was brought to the Humane Society of Pinellas where he has been receiving the medical attention that he needs. Soon his coat will be as handsome as he is. He is a great cat who likes being where he can visit lots of people and get lots of petting.
China was found and brought to us because he was wandering on his own outside so not much is known about his past. He gets along well with the cats that he shares his space with here at the shelter. We do not know how he would do in a home with dogs or children in it so if you have either please bring them with you to meet our very sweet boy.
