ST. CHARLES COUNTY, Mo. (KSDK) - A youth soccer referee is accused of recording video of a teenager through peepholes drilled into the bathrooms at a Missouri park.

According to court documents, an employee of the St. Charles County Soccer Association found a video camera in a storage unit Saturday. He watched the recording to try and find the owner, but when he saw the video, he took it to police.

Investigators say the video shows 27-year-old Kyle Pressy, a soccer referee, videotaping a 16-year-old inside a men's bathroom stall at Woodlands Park in St. Peters through small peepholes. Police say the video shows the teen undressing.

Pressy then turns the camera around, showing his face.

Court records say when officers confronted Pressy he admitted to taking the video inside the bathroom, but denied creating the peepholes. Now Pressy is charged with invasion of privacy.

"There could potentially be more victims out there yeah, that's what you always have to ask in a situation like this because it doesn't appear that it was a one-time thing. Now do we have evidence that there were other victims? No, but that doesn't mean we won't find it. We are going to continue to look for that," said Tim Lohmar.

So Pressy could face even more charges. If convicted of the current charge, he could face up to one year in the St. Charles County Jail.
