Palm Harbor, Florida -- Neighbors are on edge after another home fire in a neighborhood that has seen quite a few fires in the past year.

Frontier Village Mobile Home Park off U-S 19 has fell victim to fires several times within the past 12 months, and residents fear an arsonist is to blame.

Two people were inside when the fire started, but thanks to a neighbor they got out alive.

Investigators say two fires were started at the mobile home park. One fire was smaller and cause little commotion as the home was vacant at the time.

Firefighters say the second fire engulfed a trailer in flames when they arrived on the scene around 2:30 Friday morning. Animal Kidd and his roommate Marcus Devoto were in the home when the fire started.

"I didn't hear a thing, I was in the back bedroom," said Kidd.

Kidd was still stunned after a neighbor helped him and his roommate escape what could have been a deadly fire.

"I was in my bed, my neighbors came over and I got out," said Kidd.

Cell phone video taken by a neighbor showed just how massive the fire was early Friday morning. Flames shot into the air and at one point you can barley see the mobile home amongst the flames.

According to the Pinellas County Sheriff's office there have been four or five fires started at this same mobile home park in the past several months.

Neighbors are fed up and explained that these fires are being set on purpose. They want the arsonist caught.

"What's going to happen next? Will it be this neighbor, that neighbor? This is way too close to home," exclaimed Donna Cribbs.

Right now investigators have not named this fire as an arson, but they are still looking into the cause.

"I hope they catch them, I'd like to catch 'em first, I'm hotter than a firecracker that was my house," said Kidd.

At last check Devoto, the other man rescued from the mobile home, was still at Tampa General Hospital being treated for minor burns and smoke inhalation.
