Polk County, FL - UPDATE: The arraignments of the two girls who bullied Rebecca Sedwick have been rescheduled for October 29th, 2013 at 1:30p.m. due to new information received by the prosecutor.
The two young girls facing felony charges following the suicide of 12-year-old Rebecca Sedwick, will be back in court Friday.
Jose Baez -- the Orlando attorney who successfully defended Casey Anthony in the murder trial of her two-year-old daughter in 2011-- will the 12-year-old Lakeland girl charged with felony aggravated stalking in the alleged cyberbullying suicide death of Rebecca Sedwick.
Rebecca Sedwick's mother, Tricia Norman, has also announced on Thursday a national fundraising campaign to raise money for bullying awareness. The first $5,400 raised will go toward Sedwick's funeral costs then the additional money raised will go to a local group that is raising money in the fight against bullying.
