Lawrence Bongiovanni, 20, changed with murdering 7-Eleven clerk Kenneth Redding
The Hillsborough County Sheriff's office says it only has enough evidence to charge one suspect in connection with yesterday's stabbing.
Right now, 20-year-old Lawrence Bongiovanni is being held with no bond at the Charlotte County Jail. He's the man deputies say stalked and brutally stabbed Kenneth Redding at the 7-Eleven store in Riverview.
They say he plunged a knife into the 54-year-old more than two dozen times.
Last night, Bongiovanni was picked up by cops walking down a street in Charlotte County, south of Sarasota.

Someone recognized him as the man detectives had linked to the murder and called 9-1-1.
Bongiovanni faces first degree murder charges and will be brought back to Hillsborough County.
We've also learned detectives released the two men who were believed to have been accomplices, Russell Beasley and Brandon Green.
Yesterday, a Sarasota sheriff's deputy spotted a car that detectives "in Hillsborough County" had linked to the murder of the 7-Eleven store clerk.
The sheriff's office says after interviewing both men early this morning they don't have enough evidence to connect them to Redding's murder.
They say Beasley and Green are cooperating with the investigation.
