Tampa, Florida -- The Medical Examiner's Office has ruled the death of Chad Wolfe an accident.
Wolfe is the 31-year-old man who was found dead in an elevator shaft at Tampa International Airport back in March.
According to newly released documents, Wolfe died from "blunt impact to the head and neck."

On March 15, Wolfe and his girlfriend flew into TIA. Surveillance footage shows Wolfe drinking what appears to be a small bottle of airplane liquor and behaving erratically, including climbing onto a tree in the airport lobby at one point.
The couple reportedly got into an argument and boarded separate elevators, with the girlfriend leaving the airport by herself, and Wolfe taking his elevator up to the seventh floor.
The next time Wolfe was seen he was dead, having fallen from the seventh floor and landing on top of the elevator car as it sat at the first floor.
Airport officials say the elevator had passed inspection, and that it seems the elevator door lock had been tampered with.
