Tampa, Florida -- A woman accused of breaking a 4-year-old girl's arm faced a judge on Friday morning.
Tampa police charged 29-year-old Nicole Williams with child abuse. Investigators say the 4-year-old girl arrived at daycare holding her arm, crying and at times screaming.
The child was taken to Tampa General Hospital, where doctors discovered a fracture.
Police say the little girl told them Williams "twisted" her arm in the car on the way to the daycare.
The girl is reportedly not Williams' daughter, but is the child of her live-in female roommate.
During her first court appearance Friday, a judge set Williams' bond at $5,000
