Pinellas County, Florida -- Chick-fil-A has announced 13 restaurants in Pinellas County and New Port Richey, will hold a Spirit Night fundraiser on May 8 from 5 to 8 p.m. to benefit Ireland Nugent, the local two-year-old who was severely injured in a lawn mower accident.

A company say a percentage of all restaurants' sales during the fundraiser will be donated to the Ireland Nugent Trust.

Participating restaurants are those in New Port Richey and Pinellas County, including Clearwater, Oldsmar, Palm Harbor, Pinellas Park, Largo, Seminole and St. Petersburg.

"Our thoughts and prayers go out to Ireland Nugent and her family as she recovers from this accident," said Jane Melton, area marketing director for Tampa Bay Chick-fil-A Restaurants. "We encourage the community to join us in support of their family as we raise funds for Ireland's recovery."
