Imagine, your 11-year-old daughter borrowing $50 from you because she has to run to the local drugstore not to get the latest teen magazine or some Mountain Dew. She wants to get the Plan B emergency contraceptive because the night before, she had unprotected sex. 

That could be a reality very soon because this past Friday, U.S. District Judge Edward Korman ruled that emergency contraceptives such as Plan B and Next Choice should be over the counter and available to all customers, including minors within 30 days.
