Charles Philip Campbell's 2013 mug shot for his DUI arrest
Update: 10 News reporter Melanie Michael reports on Twitter that mediation will happen next week, and that the judge is "NOT happy at all" with the attorneys.
Tampa, Florida -- The former attorney who was arrested for DUI during the "shock jock trial" will be in court for a hearing Friday morning.
Was it a setup?
Phil Campbell, the attorney for Todd "MJ" Schnitt, was arrested on DUI charges right in the middle of the trial against Bubba the Love Sponge Clem.

How much did Bubba's legal team know and what, if anything, did they do to make sure that arrest happened?
A hearing Friday morning at the Hillsborough County Courthouse could reveal several pieces of evidence in the case.
Campbell is accused of driving drunk after he left Malio's steakhouse in Downtown Tampa in January.
Police say he was driving a car that belonged to a female paralegal who he'd been talking and drinking with at the bar.
Campbell and his law firm say Bubba's legal team set him up to get busted.
They say the paralegal, Melissa Personius, lied about where she worked, and didn't indicate she worked at the law firm that represented Bubba.
Campbell's team also says another attorney at Adams and Diaco, the firm representing Bubba, called Tampa Police to tip them off about a possible drunk driver leaving Malio's.
Personius has denied allegations that her actions were coordinated by her law firm. She says she acted on her own.

Friday in court, attorneys are expected to battle over what evidence will be tracked down and shared during the DUI case: phone records, SunPass records from the Selmon Expressway that night, and more.
Also, Schnitt and his wife have a new lawyer now, someone other than Phil Campbell. We may hear from his new representation on Friday.
The hearing begins at 9:30 a.m. Friday. We are streaming the hearing live here on wtsp.com and on our new iPad app that you can download from the app store for free.
