Our stretch of unseasonably warm temperatures and dry conditions will last for two more days as high pressure continues to dominate our weather pattern. We will enjoy mostly sunny skies with scattered cumulus clouds moving through on the southeast flow. Temperatures will be in the low 80's for inland locations, and just slightly cooler at the beaches with readings in the upper 70's. Overnight lows will be very mild at the coast with temps in the mid 60's and just slightly cooler for inland and northern zones where we will see temps in the upper 50's and low 60's. Patchy fog will be possible, especially for inland areas overnight. The fog will burn off by 9 AM, paving the way for plenty of sunshine.

Our pattern will begin to change on Thursday as a weak cold front moves into the region. The front will initially bring a 30% chance of rain for Thursday, and then will bring another round of showers as it lifts back north across the region as a warm front for Friday and Saturday. Temperatures will drop by about 10 degrees with the passage of the cold front.
