CLEARWATER, Fla. (AP) - More than 20 people have been forced out of their homes after a fire destroyed several apartment units in Clearwater.

More than 40 fire rescue officials helped put out the blaze Saturday night. The fire apparently broke out on the third floor of the building, causing extensive damage. The Red Cross is working to help residents find new shelter.

No one was injured. The cause of the fire is under investigation, but officials said it may be weather related.
